How it works

Nava Guide uses a local Wi-Fi network to deliver audio content. Visitors simply scan a QR code to access the tour, with no app required.

Content

It depends on your chosen package. You can provide your own content, or Nava Guide can handle content creation, translation and voice recording.

Yes. Content updates can be made depending on your package and annual subscription.

Installation & technical setup

Installation is carried out by Nava Guide directly on site. The solution is fully configured and ready to use immediately.

Yes. Nava Guide works on all recent smartphones via a web browser, with no specific configuration required.

Pricing & subscription

Yes. An annual subscription is required to ensure proper operation, maintenance and support. The first year is included in the initial package.

The subscription includes hosting, technical maintenance, backups, support and ongoing monitoring of the system.

Travel costs for installation depend on your location. Additional options may also be added depending on your needs.

Usage

Up to 6 languages are included depending on the package (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Dutch). Additional languages can be added as an option.

Up to 30 audio points can be included in a standard tour.
