How it works
How does Nava Guide work?
Nava Guide uses a local Wi-Fi network to deliver audio content. Visitors simply scan a QR code to access the tour, with no app required.
Is an internet connection required to use the solution?
No. The audio guide works offline through an onboard system, with no need for mobile data or internet connection.
Do visitors need to install an app?
No. The tour is accessed directly through the smartphone’s web browser, with no download required.
Content
Who creates the audio content?
It depends on your chosen package. You can provide your own content, or Nava Guide can handle content creation, translation and voice recording.
Can I edit the content after setup?
Yes. Content updates can be made depending on your package and annual subscription.
Installation & technical setup
How does the installation work?
Installation is carried out by Nava Guide directly on site. The solution is fully configured and ready to use immediately.
Is the solution compatible with all smartphones?
Yes. Nava Guide works on all recent smartphones via a web browser, with no specific configuration required.
Pricing & subscription
Is a subscription required?
Yes. An annual subscription is required to ensure proper operation, maintenance and support. The first year is included in the initial package.
What is included in the annual subscription?
The subscription includes hosting, technical maintenance, backups, support and ongoing monitoring of the system.
Are there any additional costs?
Travel costs for installation depend on your location. Additional options may also be added depending on your needs.
Usage
How many languages can be offered?
Up to 6 languages are included depending on the package (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian and Dutch). Additional languages can be added as an option.
How many audio points can a tour include?
Up to 30 audio points can be included in a standard tour.
